Scandic Aero was established in 2023, bringing together a team of aviation and medical care professionals dedicated to delivering top-quality services. Initially, our focus was solely on aviation-related services, but our expertise and extensive network quickly led to a demand for medical flight assistance.

By mid-2023, we had built a robust network of partners capable of providing medical and ambulance transportation across Northern Europe. Our coverage includes Denmark, Sweden, Norway, Finland, Iceland, the Faroe Islands, and Greenland. In early 2024, we expanded our network to include Poland and the Baltic states: Lithuania, Latvia, and Estonia.

While we have the resources and connections to arrange medical transports and air ambulances worldwide, we chose to specialize in Northern Europe, ensuring unmatched service quality in this region.

Recognizing the financial challenges many families face with air ambulance costs, we introduced long-distance medical repatriation services in late 2024. This cost-effective alternative provides a viable option for those seeking reliable medical transportation without the high expenses associated with air ambulance flights.
